Electric Light Orchestra

Could some one please tell me if REM, Electrolite is inspired by The Electric Light Orchestra (ELO).

Does anyone think Electric Light Orchestra will ever tour again? Heck, I think because Jeff Lynne is the face of band all it would take is him to get it going.

The electric light orchestra (ELO) released their first album in 1968, entitled "No Answer". This was not the intended name of the album!! why was it named this? Be specific please. thanks.
