Great Happy/feelgood songs?
By admin | December 15, 2009
I recently rediscovered Mr.Blue Sky, by the Electric Light Orchestra. I find this to be a great song with some true meaning that puts me in a good mood! Does anyone have any suggestions of music (avoiding the rap/hiphop genre) that is just simply feelgood music? Oh and if you don’t know this song, check it out. Thanks in advance for the good vibes!

For me, "Ashita Genki Ni Naare" by Miyavi is a perfect feelgood song. The video is particularly sweet and happy, but even without it, the song itself is enough to really cheer me up no matter what! (The song is here if you want to hear it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lz5N5euM2ic )

Anything by Jack Johnson is open the doors and clean the house music. It reminds me of Spring and makes me happy.

Fool in the Rain by Led Zeppelin
Electric Feel by MGMT
Centerfold by J.Geils Band
Silly Boy by Blue Van
First Day of My Life by Bright Eyes
That’s all I can think of right now. It’s mainly the beat and the way you can "move" to the music that makes me get into a good mood.
