What do you call a song with no lyrics, but with the original music? Mr. Blue Sky.?

Okay, so my friend and I want to sing Mr, Blue Sky by Electric Light Orchestra for a school talent show, but we can’t find the music only track to it. Does anyone have any ideas where we might find one and what to search for?
We also need the score for it as well.(violin, vocals, and piano) any other ideas where to find that?
